Today marks Nolan’s one-week birthday. I know that doesn’t sound like much, but for his parents, this week has been amazing. Although Nolan pees and poops more than I would have ever imagined, he is our pride and joy–the fruit of his mother’s womb and the apple of his father’s eye. We pray that God will use us as stewards of this incredible gift to shepherd him in God’s good and perfect will. Happy one week old birthday Nolan!
Heh heh, you guys get cuter and cuter. I can only hope a baby improves my looks as much as Nolan’s improved yours. It’s true that our wives are the better looking of the two of us.
A quick thing to point out — I don’t think any of the links under “Family Worship” from Grace Online Library work. If I go to the actual website and navigate from there it’s fine, but they don’t work from this page at all, none of them. Be that as it may, I’m bookmarking those for further reading.

Thanks Stephen! I don’t know why those links aren’t working. That’s a bunch to fix. Oh well. I will try to get to them soon. Oh, and Nolan does have a way of making dad look better . . . and feel better too. Man, there is nothing like holding him to your chest and watching him fall asleep. He just better not do that too much or else I will not get anything else done!

Thanks! My prayer is that we do not our familiarity with Nolan cause us to appreciate him and less in the weeks to come. May our love for him be even greater in week 52 than in week 1.
